GUEST HOUSE DIRECTLY AT THE WÖRTHERSEE

The apartment house has been owned by a Velden family since 1964 and was completely gutted in 2018. With 20 m², 11.60 m² and 20.42 m², each of the 3 rooms in the basement offers a wonderful view of Lake Wörthersee, in addition to its own bathroom and toilet. This makes them perfect for renting out to tourists. The bright and friendly 76 m² apartment is on the upper floor and is the heart of the house. Consisting of: a bedroom, a winter garden that serves as a guest room, a spacious living-dining area, which is equipped with a fitted kitchen (made by a local carpenter), two modern designed bathrooms and a storage room. Almost every room in the apartment, as well as the 12 m² balcony, directs your view of the turquoise-blue lake. The house is situated together with the owner's house on his property. He commissioned the parification of the inventory in order to establish residential ownership of the objects.
